Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review over these terms and conditions of carriage before booking our service.  


Limit of Liability

RockieRide is responsible only for transportation on its own lines in accordance with applicable tariffs and limitations. In no event shall Carrier be liable for consequential or incidental damages for loss, damage or delay, including weather delays.


All tickets are limited as endorsed and are not transferable. The unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. No reservations are accepted unless expressly stated otherwise. Tickets are valid ONLY for the scheduled date and time for which purchased. RockieRide is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.


Departure dates and times may change. RockieRide is not responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather or other conditions beyond Carrier's reasonable control. With the exception of seating and accommodations for disabled and elderly passengers, seating is on a first come/first served basis and is without regard to race, color, creed, national origin or any other protected characteristic.

Fares & Fees

Fares are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time for which quoted. Fares may be subject to additional charges including taxes, fees and carrier price differences.  All tickets are non-refundable. Requests for changes must be made 72 hours prior to the tickets departure date; otherwise, the ticket will be null and void. Changes to purchased tickets cost $15 for each change and will only be made at the company's discretion. Fares are payable in local currency only unless stated otherwise. Fares are subject to change and may be higher during holiday and peak periods.

Animals & Pets

Animals and pets are strictly prohibited unless the animal is a registered and licensed service animal.

Smoking Vaping Tobacco

Smoking, vaping and tobacco use is strictly prohibited on RockieRide transit vehicles.  We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if you break our rules.

Behavior, Abuse & Safety

Verbal or physical abuse and threats towards our staff or other customers will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances, the authorities will be contacted and you will be asked to disembark the vehicle prior your final destination.  Behavior that at the discretion of our staff is disruptive, loud, aggressive or in other ways infringes on the quiet relaxation or safety of other customers and/or staff during the journey may result in extra charges or the authorities being contacted and you being asked to disembark prior your final destination.


One small 'carry-on' piece and one large 'checked' luggage (25kg) are included per person for all fares. Extra luggage can be brought at a fee of $20/bag dependent upon availability. Liability for baggage is limited by applicable tariff. All baggage must be claimed promptly upon arrival. Certain articles are not accepted for carriage. There is no liability for unchecked baggage.


All passengers are required to show valid government-issued photo Identification that includes their birth date prior to boarding the bus.


All children under the age of 6 years old must have a proper car seat. The accompanying guardian must provide and install the certified car seat and accepts all liability for the seat and child's safety and wellbeing during the journey. We do not allow travel by unaccompanied minors.
