We answer your burning questions.

  • How much luggage can I bring?
    One large "checked" bag and one small "carry-on" item is guaranteed. More luggage is allowed depending on space available and could be subject to a service charge of $20/item.
  • Where is Pick-up and Drop off?
    Calgary - Pick-up/Drop-off is at Wicked Hostels Calgary - 811 7th St SW Calgary, AB T2P1H7 Banff - Pick-up/Drop-off is at the Railway Station
  • How early should I arrive for loading?
    We try to start loading 15 minutes prior to the departure time and will leave early if all pre-booked passengers are loaded. We guarantee that we will wait up to 5 minutes after our posted departure time for late arrivals that have pre-booked. If you know you are going to be late please contact us so we can try to help you. We don't want to leave you behind but will if we have to.
  • Do you do tours?
    Not at this time, right now we just drive the same beautiful route back and forth, back and forth, back and forth everyday. Maybe someday we will forget to turn at Banff and just drive up to Lake Louise. Or keep on trucking past YYC to Drumheller to see some dinosaurs. Might be some upset people who paid to end up in Calgary but like the dinosaurs are pretty cool too, there's a T-rex even.
  • I have a child under 6. Do you provide car seats?
    We do not provide car seats so if you are travelling with children under 6 you must bring a car seat for them and install it yourself. Due to liability, we cannot install it for you.
  • How long do I have to cancel?
    All bookings are refundable and changeable up to 72 hours prior departure. Changes depend on current availability aka you are not guaranteed that if you want to change there will be space on the bus.
  • What if your bus breaks down, the highway is closed or something else stops the trip?
    If there is an act of God or mechanical failure causing us to be unable to complete your trip we will happily book you on the next available bus trip we have to your destination. If, at our discretion, we cannot fulfill our part of the bargain and get you to your destination, we will refund your payment and cancel your booking.
